       At the same time experiencing negative thoughts are quiet normal but the need of the hour is to harness them in the right path, preventing them entering a vicious circle.

  • BEING GRATEFUL:

Open your eyes and mind to all the things you have . Show your gratitude to the Creator and all the people close to your heart.
  • FORGIVE:

Learn to forgive. Don't be afraid to admit that nobody is perfect.
