Following are 10 easy tips to chill out this summer :
  1. Refresh yourself with a bath everyday, Make sure that the water must not be very cold nor very hot.
  2. Mint lemonades and yogurt made drinks and dishes are favorite like Lassi; Raita , Dahi Bondi. 
  3. Take out all the light colour clothes this summer as they are more soothing and augment them wearing light weight sandals.

  4. Beat the heat by doubling the water intake this summer. This not only applies on you but also to the young family member.
  5. Water conserving foods and vegetables like watermelon, melon, Cucumber, Gourd be the essential part of summer diet.
  6. Avoid taking meals rich in spices instead Kichree, Salads, Bhajis, lentils are good options.
  7. Don't take chill water and other drinks immediately after stepping in the home.
  8. Wear dark goggles, if needed to go out in the open.
  9. Heat producing chores like cooking, boiling water should be done in the morning.
  10. Indoor plants provides the cooling effect to the atmosphere as well as add beauty to home.
